« Veronica is awesome! Recently my wife and I moved, and Veronica helped us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. Both transactions went perfectly, thanks in large part to Veronica's hard work and excellent attention to detail. On the sale side of things Veronica was incredibly organized and took on most of the work to schedule the cleaning, yard work, staging, etc to get the property looking its best. There was very little effort required of us. On the purchase side she had a particular challenge with us! Not only do my wife and I have very different things we were looking for in a house, things were complicated further by our adult housemate with his own preferences. « I came across one of Veronica's informational "Market Updates" Instagram Reels back in September 2021. Even though we weren't in the market to buy yet, I knew I wanted her vibe and knowledge when it came time to buy. I followed her page Instagram and started communicating about everything, from great spots to buy a home, to great stops to eat around Lake Washington.
